Sessions

We have regular swim, bike and run training sessions, as well as strength and conditioning. Please check below or contact us for more information on sessions available to our members.

SESSION SCHEDULE

We have weekly training swim sessions and open water swims in season.

NB. Please note we can also cater for individual sessions by arrangement.

CCTS Swim – Coached (Tuesdays)
6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Location: Casey ARC Aquatic & Recreation Centre 10 Patrick Northeast Drive, Narre Warren, VIC

CCTS Session Cost: $120.00 for 10 x coached swim sessions - contact CCTS for details.

Additional Costs: Casey ARC YMCA Casual Admission - Please visit

Please bring: swim cap, goggles, towel, pull buoy, kick board

CCTS Swim – Coached (Saturdays)
1:15 pm - 2:30 pm

Location: Cardinia Life, 

CCTS Session Cost: $120.00 for 10 x coached swim sessions - contact CCTS for details.

Additional Costs: To be advised.

Please bring: swim cap, goggles, towel, pull buoy, kick board

BIKE

We get together for regular social rides, both indoor (ZWIFT) and outdoor to suit all abilities.

We also have regular group coaching sessions with an Australian Professional cyclist.

NB. Please note we can also cater for individual sessions by arrangement.

CCTS Bike Ride – Social - Long (Saturdays)
6:00 am - 10:00 am

Location: ZWIFT (Badge Hunters) or outside (weather permitting)

Outside Meet Up: Cannibal Creek Bakehouse, 41 Main Street, Garfield VIC 3814

Please bring:  lights, repair kit, spare tubes, drink bottle, Road ID (emergency contact to be provided to CCTS prior), helmet, nutrition for the ride, mobile phone and bike/tri insurance.

We have regular run training sessions, social sessions and clinics including bricks with swim or bike.
