Brenton Jones
Brenton Jones is an Australian Professional Cyclist who has raced around the world in some of the biggest events that cycling has to offer.
Starting on the Mountain Bike and representing Australia as a Junior in the 2009 World Championships, Brenton then signed his first Professional Road contract in 2015 and has been riding and racing full-time in Europe since then.
Brenton was based in the UK and raced with Britain’s JLT Condor Cycling Team in 2017 where he notched an impressive 10 victories that season.
In 2018/2019, he raced for a French Professional Continental Team, Delko Marseille Province, where he raced the Paris-Roubaix twice and lived in France for 2 years.
One of Brenton’s career highlights was winning the Australian National Criterium Championship in 2019, a big goal that he’d been striving to win his whole career.
In 2020 Brenton rode for British Team Canyon DHB Soreen where he was based in the UK and raced in Europe before the COVID-19 Pandemic cut his racing short. He signed for Team Canyon DHB SunGod in 2021, but due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions during the year, decided to remain in Australia and race for Team Inform TMX Make for the reminder of the 2021 season.
A passionate and qualified Level 1 Cycling Coach, Brenton has successfully coached riders of all ages and abilities to improve their riding skills, confidence and become faster. The knowledge and experience he has gained from being a professional cyclist with years of racing under his belt is what helps Brenton to support his skills as a coach.

Tory Liarakos
B. Physiotherapy (Hons)
As a physiotherapist professional, Tory's focus is on creating good and effective movement patterns and then using this to improve overall athlete performance.
Tory is available to work with CCTS athletes to maintain or restore health and fitness through physical examination, diagnosis, prognosis, athlete education, physical intervention, rehabilitation and disease prevention.
Physiotherapy is more than just managing dysfunction or injury, Tory works with individual athletes to tailor programs to get the best out of each individual experience in Pilates and at the gym.
Tory provides manual therapy as required to achieve optimal recovery.

Charlie Pragnell
AUS TRI Development Coach / AUS SWIM Development Coach
As an experienced triathlete, Charlie has successfully completed 15 x 70.3 triathlons, 5 x full IRONMAN races, and 18 x marathons, as well as multiple 7 Peaks, 3 Peaks and Alpine Classic cycling events.
Charlie's coaching philosophy engages what he terms "360 degree coaching" - offering training programs and guidance that take into account the complete athlete including mental health, attitude and behaviours, physical fitness, as well as social support networks, all of which impact on the athlete's performance.
Charlie has over 25 years experience working with and supporting young people in a variety of complex situations, both in Australia and in the United Kingdom.
Charlie is available for one-on-one and group coaching, with a track record that demonstrates his success in providing the necessary training, encouragement and support to see many age groupers complete their first 70.3 and full IRONMAN races, as well as junior athletes, including CCTS's Skye Wallace.
Charlie trains and competes both locally and internationally and in 2022 successfully competed in the UTAH IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship!

Charlie is a Level 1 Technical Official for triathlon events.

Kelly Fitzgerald
AUS TRI Foundation Coach / AUS SWIM Foundation Coach
An experienced triathlete, Kelly has successfully completed 70.3 triathlons in Western Sydney and Geelong, and completed numerous running and cycling events.
As a Masters Swimming competitor and swim teacher, ​as well as parent of two children who competed at a National level in sports Kelly brings a wealth of coaching experience.

Kelly is also an experienced Local Technical Official (LTO) for triathlon events.
